A few weeks ago I made a pledge to you that Liberty Counsel
would take every possible legal action to stop the ACLU
and others from pushing their radical homosexual marriage agenda.
Well, we just beat the ACLU in an important case!
As you may recall, the ACLU filed suit in California to get the
marriage amendment taken off this November's ballot. The ACLU
wanted four judges to re-write the state’s marriage laws
instead of a statewide vote of millions of citizens!
Liberty Counsel filed a motion to block the ACLU's lawsuit and
we have learned that the legal arguments we used were accepted
while the ACLU’s case was rejected.

Perhaps you heard about the new law in Colorado pushed by radical homosexual activists that effectively bans the Bible as"discriminatory". I just signed a petition to stop such "hatespeech" laws from going into effect.
